Always keep the Multiwood sheets on a flat surface.
The sheets can be cut using a hand cutter or machine cutter. Place the cut pieces on top of each other on a flat surface.
Trim the edges using a sander tool.
Apply NC Putty, Polish Putty, or M-Seal to fill screw holes and cut areas. Once applied, scrub and sand the surface to smooth it.
If you notice fine scratches or lines on the surface, smooth them out using water paper or sandpaper (220/180 grit). Light sanding is also recommended on other areas to prepare the surface for painting, or for applying mica, veneer, etc.
It is recommended to use automotive paints and PU-based primers from leading manufacturers in India.
Before painting, the cut parts can be joined using Dry-Wall Full Threaded Screws. Adhesives like Wudfill, Flex Quick, etc., from Fevicol can also be used for joining.
Always apply primer before painting. You can use a brush, roller, or spray gun for application. Allow sufficient drying time in a clean room or open shaded area. Avoid drying under direct sunlight.
